Anti-harassment

September is our month to reteach students about Salt Lake School Districts Policies on anti-harassment.  Policy G-19 defines harassment and I help students understand the terms within the policy, as well as the consequences for engaging in harassing acts.  Unfortunately, bullying and harassment do happen, fortunately it helps to educate students on what to do if he or she is being harassed, and what administrators and teachers do to support students when it happens.  Attached is a copy of the G-19 Policy.  Parents, please help our school community be safe for all students by reminding your child of the things outlined in this policy, and by answering any questions he or she has regarding the policy.
